This is a special edition for Labor Day.  So many times people forget the importance of manual workers.   As with all pyramids, and yes our lives are like pyramids, if the base is not stable, the whole thing comes down.  In recent days, people are beginning to understand just how important the “essential workers” are.   This is something our country should never forget.  But it is often the ground workers that are over looked.

Happy Labor Day and Thank You to all the essential workers that support and keep our country going.

HAPPY LABOR DAY

Here on the farm, we are always aware of the importance of manual laborers.  But many times these people are taken for granted and their work is considered lower on the ladder of good jobs.  But without these people, the country would not eat, have electricity, or running water.  Without them, we would not have houses to live in, no repairs would be done, no one would have furniture, clothes, or a cooking appliance.   There are so many things that are overlooked as everyday items and conveniences that would not even exist without the labor force.  Please remember this the next time you use one of your household goods.  And say a prayer of thanks to the workers that make our everyday lives possible and more comfortable.

Thank you for visiting today on this special occasion and please come again for another edition of Out Standing in the Field.
