In The Raven’s Nest Facebook Store

As we told you in one of our earlier chats, we have a FaceBook store, The Raven’s Nest. There are several different sections in that store. I know we have said this before but this family has many different points of view, styles, theme interests, and ways of doing things. As with everything else about this farm, our store products are very diverse. Like we talked about before in the post, The Raven’s Nest hand-made jewelry, there is one-of-a-kind jewelry. There are also sections for Re-Tread Threads, up-cycles, re-cycled or re-imagined clothes. We are constantly adding new sections for bath salts, luminaries, handcrafts, and other homemade products.

I would like to tell you about the Re-Tread Threads. This is where those old, torn up, dis-colored or so loved they are past wear clothes to go get a new lease on life. You can take an old shirt and an old pair of pants and make a new shirt. You can take a flannel shirt and a blue jean shirt to make a new dress. You can take a shirt or shorts that are too short and add a cute accent lace or another piece of cloth to make it longer and add some color. The possibilities are endless. It only takes your imagination to make a truly unique and one-of-a-kind piece of clothing. You can update your closet or just freshen up your look. It is as easy as 1, 2, 3 to add your favorite logo, character, or color to a beloved jacket or shirt. The Re-Tread Threads section has our selection of these kinds of clothes available. Each piece will be uniquely made by one of our family designers. One of us that can sew, as not all of us have that skill.
