Today, is Memorial Day here in the U.S.A. We want to take time to stop and remember all who we have lost. Remember their sacrifices and be thankful that they were willing to do what needed to be done and give all they had to keep America safe and free. Do not take your freedom lightly, remember freedom is never free, many have died to ensure our freedom.

We have had several in each past generation in different branches of the armed forces. Most of these family members have passed now but we still remember them and the lives they lived, the lessons they taught us, and we still hold the memories that they gave us.

We still have family in the armed forces, and we are just as proud of them.

So today, before the festivities, the eating, the family fun, and holiday cheer, stop and give thanks for those who went before us and protected this country and future generations.
